Christmas Day

Merry Christmas!! Every year I say its the best Christmas but this year I truly feel it was the best Christmas. This was our 3rd Christmas together being married and it keeps getting better. We are SO blessed and grateful for the house we live in, our jobs, our friends, and family.
Christmas Eve, we went over to my parents house for dinner, watched a beautiful video and read the christmas story. I cant figure out how to post the video on here so here is the link. Its well worth your 4 minutes to watch it.

When we got home we opened one present to eachother which were pajamas. This is a tradition I had in my family so we have started it in OUR family.

His pajamas are alittle big haha.

My dad gave Billy a camouflage hat with a built in light in it. He LOVED it so much that as I was getting ready for bed he was wearing it in bed. He cracked me up so much that I had to take a picture of it
Billy and I have been really sick with the cold this week so we took some Nyquil on Christmas Eve and we were out! We didnt even wake up on Christmas morning till 9am. I guess when we have kids we will look back at now and wish we could sleep in on Christmas.



We headed out to my parents' for Christmas breakfast. My mom always goes all out for this..omelets, bacon, scones, muffins, etc.



Alex just wanted to play with grandpa the whole time.

My mom made us a quilt. We love it! We love it even more because my mom made all of our quilts when she was in so much back pain before she had her surgery. She always puts people first before her, even when in severe pain.

My parents spoiled us so much this year. Our big present which we were SOOO excited about is a deep freezer! Thanks Mom and Dad, we LOVEEE it! It got delivered today at our house and I can't stop walking in the room and looking at it.



We left our house at 10AM and didnt get home on Christmas till 11pm. We did lots of driving.


It was great to spend time with family. We went over to my grandparents for dinner and my aunt Brad and Carol came in from Denver for Christmas. It was fun to see them again. We went back over to my other grandparents to play games and hang out with the Walker Crew! What a great fun filled day!
