Second Attempt..
Last year I tried to make homemade marshmallows and they did not turn out at all. This Christmas season I tried again with a different recipe and it WORKED! (Note to my sister and mom: I used my KitchenAid!! This is the 2nd time I have used it since I've been married. I was very proud of myself :) I did have to dust it off but man it works good!!

Way to go! I'd never had homemade marshmallows until last year. They were good! My sister had cut them out in snowflakes and they turned out so cute!
You better give me some of those!!!
