Potatoes, Potatoes

This week me, my sister and my mom went to my step-grandma's house to help her with her Ward Christmas Party Food, I dont think I really knew what I was getting myself into :). We were there Tuesday and Wednesday after work till about 9pm helping. We were helping feed for 300 people. We skinned the potatoes, cut, and boiled, smashed (thank goodness for my moms BOSH), and put the potatoes in a huge frosting bag and put them over the meat. Sounds easy eh? We did 120 lbs of potatoes!!!...dont worry I documented it in pictures..

We did 13 of the huge pans! Isn't it pretty shepards pie though? Its all about presentation! Right Mom?? haha, My mom has always taught us that, I guess thats where I get my perfection, my mom.
We all went to there Ward Christmas Party last night, and I was so glad I did! There ward is on the hill by the Bountiful Temple so that tells you right there how nice it was. The owners of the Hale Theatre are in there ward so they helped with the production of the Christmas Party and it was amazing and the food was yum too! Glad I could help out.
