Protein Powder

Thanks for everyone's input on my question about protein powders to try. I got a lot of calls, texts, emails, blog comments about it. I went to Walmart after work today and picked up this one to try; I am drinking it right now and its not bad at all, it actually is yum! Another question advice, is it ok to drink a protein drink at 10pm at night after a Zumba class? Didn't know if thats too late. Anyway, love the comments! Another question, I have had many people ask to me start a health blog of my LOONNNGG road to health and weight-loss..would you read it? I know nothing what I am doing but HEY I am learning on the way.

I think by writing it down it will hold you more accountable. You don't want to let your readers down by giving up ;)

my nutritionist says to have a protein within half an hour of working out. either before or after.
