Girls Camping Trip

Last weekend, I went on a overnighter with some friends and had a fun, memorable time. We were planning on going up to the Echo Camperworld. But since it was still under water, we headed up to the Tremonton Camperworld. We all got off work a little early on friday and headed up!
Right when we took the Camperworld exit it started raining like crazy. When I ran into the office to check in, a lady just stared at us because I told her we brought a tent haha. She just said..good luck!


We all sat in my car for about 30 minutes waiting for the storm to pass. Once it did we all went and found a camp spot and it was time to put up the tent..hilarious..

Now it was time to start out fire so we could cook our food.

We tried everything and the wood wouldn't start on fire. Because of the rain storm the wood got soaked in water..grr. Linz had an idea to grab some newspaper and try to dip it in our gas tank. We looked like dorks tryin, but it didn't happen. It was starting to get dark and we were running out of ideas. Robyn and Heather went over to our neighbors and asked if they had any gasoline. Well I guess he had been watching us for awhile (oh geez), and came over and helped us out.




It was fun just to sit around the fire for hours and talking and catching up with everyone.
The next morning we woke up and had breakfast and headed over to the pool and swam and laid out. We brought over our coolers and had lunch at the pool.

We had such a great time! Even though I was a little nervous with us putting up the tent with no guys and doing everything ourselves, we did great and made GREAT memories.
