Valentines Princess Party!

The day before Valentines Billy and I had a Valentines Princess party for our 2 youngest nieces, Abee and Alex. Billy decorated our house with Valentines decorations, balloons, confetti, etc. We picked them up at there house and stopped and got some pizza and headed over to our house. As we walked in the house the girls just screamed and ran around jumping on balloons and kept screaming "We are at a Princess party!!"




They dressed up in there princess outfits and I gave them some high heels. They were so excited to put them on and walk around in them.






After we were done with eating pizza, I had many activities planned for the party. As I was cleaning up Abee kept saying "Megan, we really are at a princess party". And Alex kept saying "I am ready to put my pajamas on, I am ready for bed". I couldn't stop laughing. I kept telling Alex that she was at a party and we had games. She just than would say "oh ok". I love her to death!

After giving them there crowns they were ready to play! As you can see in this picture, Alex has a paper towel in her dress. She put it there when she was eating pizza and didn't want to take it out. Guess she is learning early how to stuff her dress :) jk.



While we were doing our activities, I had princess movies going at the same time. Well at first Alex did not want anything to do with the activities. She just wanted to sit on the couch and watch the princess movies. I had to finally talk to her into frosting some cookies. At first she would not hold a knife to frost the cookies. I think its because she knows a knife is sharp. So I gave her a spoon and next thing I know, she stopped frosting the cookies..and just ate the frosting with the spoon. It was so cute!



Our next activity was coloring some crowns.



Abee kept asking Billy where his crown was so he went and put on his airsoft gun hat. The girls thought it was so funny.

The last activity was Pin The Crown on the Princess. Abee kept getting the crown right on the princesses head, I couldn't believe how good she was! On her third turn I looked down and she was looking sqinting really hard and I could tell her could see. Smart little girl!



We popped some popcorn and watched 2 princess movies and had a great time! On the third princess movie they both fell asleep. They were exhausted from a very fun night. I hope they had a great time, I know we did.
