Tis the Season

That last couple weeks have been a CRAZY couple of weeks. With me planning and attending my work Retreat, putting together my work Holiday Party's (as in 3) and just working a lot, I am tired. Here has what fun things have been going on the first couple week of December.
This years Retreat I got a house in St. George the beginning of December. It was a beautiful home.

My favorite part was the heated pool and hot tub we had at the house. We spent everynight out there, even when they would wake me up at 2am to go hot tubbing. I got NO sleep that week.






Early morning hike at Snow Canyon. It was beautiful but freezing with the wind. Not like the wind though back in Kaysville. This is the week when they had the terrible 100+ wind.

Way too early..I was not used to getting 4 hrs a sleep at night. Yes this is what I look like in the morning :)



My first time golfing ever. I had no idea it was so complicated. My group above rocked!

We had a good time but was in meetings ALL day long.

The first week of December we took my grandma to Gardner Village for Christmas. I have never been there with the elves..they were kinda creepy looking if you ask me.



My two youngest nieces Abee and Alex were in the Nutcracker, they were angels. They were adorable!




Had a fun girls night with the ladies!


This weekend we attended the Mormon Tabernacle Christmas Concert. It was fabulous!

It's been a fun, busy couple of weeks but I can now breath and start my Christmas shoppping..7 days till Christmas!

Week off WORK

Last week I took the whole week off work and just relaxed. I needed it so badly! Work is so stressful right now with no HR in Utah and Vegas. Everyday I had such a fun, filled day with friends and family. I went and got a massage at Massage Envy which was amazing, lunch with a dear friend Laura in which I heard the best news..she is pregnant! I went to a matinee movie with my mom, slept in, went to breakfast with my friend Tami, midnight showing to Breaking Dawn, Time out for Woman weekend, and lots more.

We went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse and went shopping at Ross and Kohls before the movie started. I have not laughed so hard in a very long time...

We had such a blast! Even though Tami thought she bought all the seats 4th row from the back, it was actually 4th row from the front. HAHA I love ya Tami!
Friday me and my mom headed into downtown and checked in our hotel for Time Out of Woman weekend. My sisters couldn't make it this years so my mom invited her best friend Rhonda and her daughter Mandi. We had such a blast, we always do. My favorite part was when they announced they had a surprise for us. Stephanie Nielson, AKA Nie Nie showed up last minute and gave the most amazing talk. There was not a dry eye in the 5,000 woman that showed up for the weekend. She is the woman that was in the plane crash with her husband and was burned 80% of her body. Brad Wilcox, Michael Wilcox, Sheri Dew, and some others spoke during the weekend. I always leave feeling refreshed in life.







It was hard to go back to work this week but I am grateful that I could take the week off and the best part get paid for it. :)

Getting used to

I am still trying to get used to doing long hair. Does it really take 25 minutes JUST to blow dry? Yes, yes it does. I am used to blow drying and styling in 10-15 minutes all together. This has been a big adjustment for me but I am loving the long hair. Last time I got extentions I only had one photo of me with the long hair so I wanted to make sure I take pictures of it so I can remember. I had too much fun :)

Bunco 2011

We had our last Bunco game night of the year this month. It has been great to get to know so many people and catch up with some girls that I have not seen nor talked to in many many years. I can still remember in January when all of us 12 girls got together and some of them I didn't know at all and now in November..we are all so close. It's great to get together each month just for a couple hours and just laugh and eat with the girls.
